Does my dog have to be neutered?
Answer
Some municipalities have enacted laws which require dogs over a certain age (usually 4 to 6 months) to be spayed/neutered unless the dog’s “parents” have a breeding or unaltered animal permit or a veterinarian certifies that the procedure will jeopardize the health of the animal.
